With a conservative 2 beds per 1000 patients level, Delhi requires an additional 8000 beds at current population levels. Even at current population levels, cities like Gurgaon needs an additional 1000 beds, which would increase to 4000 beds at a population of 20 lacs. Considering these factors there is a higher and consistent ROI in healthcare project investments.
